We are a group of experienced Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists serving children of all ages, youth, adults, parents, couples and families. We also provide parent coaching and support (parent therapy).
We specialize in trauma, mental health, attachment, parenting and neurodiversity.
EMDR, IFS, Art Therapy, CBT, ACT, Mindfullness and Circle of Security Parenting is available.
We offer free consultations and online booking. Sessions are available in person centrally in London or online throughout Ontario.
